After more than 10 years of professional compliance experience at different large organizations, I, Mark Green, have identified an opportunity to assist small to mid-size organizations with establishing an effective culture of risk management and compliance. With this in mind, I created Comply Wise LLC to help you and your organization to effectively mitigate risk and comply.

I am a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (“CCEP”), Certified in Healthcare Compliance (“CHC”), Certified Healthcare Privacy Compliance (“CHPC”), and have completed my Master of Business Administration (“MBA”) from St. Thomas University (“STU”). Most importantly I have created, led and managed items intended to meet elements of an effective compliance program per the US Federal Sentencing Guidelines and Office of Inspector General (“OIG”). This includes working with hospital leadership to meet the requirements of a Corporate Integrity Agreement (“CIA”) with the OIG.
